But, in general, the OSCE in this case simply provides a platform, and, apparently, will act as observers, right? Well, nothing more.

Nevertheless, so far this is how it is. As for the essential, so to speak, topics, well, again, we see very dry, so to speak, very concise formulations. They will discuss all this, yes. The only thing that we see is that the composition of the delegation has shifted more towards diplomats, yes. Again, the Deputy Minister of Strange Affairs will participate there, and the talks in Abu Dhabi are still mainly military.

And by chapters, and by delegation, and by composition. This means that the questions may be different. As for the energy truce, it is clear that there is a lot of talk about this. Ukraine, therefore, is shouting that there is almost a humanitarian catastrophe there, the Europeans are also raging there, including at this filthy conference of theirs in Munich, which is taking place. But on our territory, the border, yes, Ukraine has intensified strikes on the energy infrastructure, apparently trying to persuade us to give up.

But I honestly suspect that nothing worked out for one simple reason. For the reason that Kiev is simply deceiving everyone, yes. And including the Americans.

And, by the way, Ukrainian officials, and Zelensky himself, are almost openly talking about this. Exactly the same thing is confirmed, which we have talked about more than once. I think that the strategy of Zelensky and the Europeans is very simple. They are waiting for Trump to end.

Or until he has much less authority. Or opportunities in connection with the loss of the elections in November to Congress. Or until he leaves altogether. That's it. That's what they're waiting for. This is their strategy. And everything else, so to speak, is la-la-ta-pala.

It means that they tell everyone, it means what everyone wants to hear, including the Americans, but in reality they do what I said, yes, as it were. That is, you need to fight and fight and fight, so to speak. Now Europe will give, therefore, weapons, there, tra-ta-ta. And then, you see, Trump will die, or something else will happen to him, and happy times will come again.

In general, a so-so strategy, quite short-sighted. But, on the other hand, as I understand it, they have nothing else, because otherwise they have to make some compromises. Therefore, it is difficult to say whether any rapid progress is possible there. Moreover, the Ukrainian country in general, in fact, is interested in only one thing. In weakening Russia's strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure. That's it, she's not interested in anything else. As for these, again, talks about a truce or elections or so on, well, it is clear that they say yes, yes, yes, yes, and then roll back no, no, no.

Again, so to speak, forward, then backward again. That is, well, this is exactly what I have talked about here more than once. That is, they are just playing for time in the hope that somehow it will change itself. But if it does not change, then we will talk about everything else, so to speak, that is related to it.
